In 2023 RTK has worked with JFJ Foundation to deliver a Primary School Programme to 14 schools in Wandsworth.
We combine the personal story of someone bereaved by knife crime with a presentation focused on correcting misunderstandings and giving positive action points. Our programme addresses fear about knife crime and equips children to respond.
Our team includes an experienced teacher, who delivers the presentation in a way that is sensitive to the needs and experience of the children present.

Teachers’ comments: ‘Really powerful, without being scary.’ ‘We found it such a valuable experience. You made a great impact on these students’.
Children’s comments: ‘We appreciate you coming in to tell you your story and it might have hurt you to share it but it really helped us.’ ‘We hope that you talking to children in schools will put a stop to this.’
