On Thursday 3 November we heard from Ben Lindsay and his co-worker Laura Price, from Power the Fight . This amazing charity, based in Peckham, tackles violence affecting young people.
Power the Fight aims to create long-term solutions for change and act as a link between the community and policy makers.
The organisation supports families, provides training and resources, and builds connections between community groups and local authorities to work for change and reduce youth violence.
Ben is an inspiring speaker,
and recently won a Charity Times award
for his work at Power the Fight.
