What a Month!

We have been busy this July! Check out what’s going on with RTK in July…

RTK’s First Family Fun Day

Thank You for Making RTK’s First Family Fun Day Unforgettable!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made RTK’s very first Family Fun Day such a memorable occasion! Over 200 of you showed up — from babes in arms to grandparents — bringing joy, laughter, and sunshine, even through the rain.

You travelled from all across London, and some even journeyed from as far as Birmingham, just to be part of the celebration. With special guests, great music, delicious food, and beautiful community spirit, it truly was a day to remember.

RTK Primary School Program

The final session of the RTK Primary Schools Programme was delivered to Wandsworth primary schools this week. The assemblies supported pupils in:

• Understanding how their choices can affect their safety and future
• Feeling empowered to stay safe, avoid unsafe situations, and speak up when something doesn’t feel right
• Learning what it means to be a responsible citizen and contribute to safe, respectful communities.

It has been a powerful and positive way to end the school term, helping pupils feel confident, informed, and ready for the next stage of their journey in their new secondary schools.

Youth Violence & Conflict Resolution Seminar

We attended the Youth Violence and Conflict Resolution organisation seminar this past Sunday. It’s an organisation with a similar heart as RTK: they are dedicated to empowering and inspiring today’s youth to create change in our communities. It was an honour and privilege to attend and support another organisation working for change in our community!

We’re so grateful for your continued support. RTK will now take a short summer break, but we’ll be back on 2nd October, refreshed and ready, with special guest speaker Sabrina Hewitt.

Have a wonderful summer — see you in October!
